- YWCA Elmira & the Twin Tiers is a not-for-profit 501C (3) corporation that relies in part upon the volunteer and philanthropic community to support its programs and services. Funds are raised through the aid of individuals, corporations, foundations and organizations that provide services, capital improvements, equipment and staff training to serve the ever-increasing number of women, children and families who rely on our sustainability.
