YWCA Water, Fitness and Recreation programs serve community need by providing a heated pool, gymnasium and comprehensive health and fitness programming.
YWCA programs include but are not limited too:
Learn to swim, Starfish, Rehabilitative Swim, Lappers, Women’s Dip, Aquacise, Aqua-jog, Aquaweights, Aqua-step, Family Swims & Parties and Community Swims. Additional recreational and health & fitness programs serve women, children, men, families, peoples of all ages and abilities and include (but are not limited to) Zumba, Karate, Silver Foxes, nutrition support and more.
