For just a few short weeks the YWCA put together a dynamic set of new fitness opportunities with Instructor Morgan Stefanik to help give you that extra push you need during the holiday season.   Land and Water Aerobic Classes, Personal Training, Swim Clinics and Nutrition Classes all set around helping burn fat, tone up, build strength, and eat right giving you the holiday boost you need this season!

Holiday Boot Camp

This boot camp is a high intensity land based aerobics class designed with you in mind. High intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with a focus on tapping into fat stores and building lean muscle, keeping that holiday weight away!


Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays

Dates: December 18, 19, 21, 22

            January 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12
Time: 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Full Body Holiday FIT

This is a great class for older active adults.

This medium intensity class is focused on

burning calories, torching fat, build muscle and

keeping that body moving!


Days:  Mondays, Wednesday and Friday
Dates: December 18, 20, 22 January 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 Time: 10:00am - 11:00am

High Intensity AquaFit

Aqua Strength and toning is a Medium to high intensity class that incorporates aqua weights and high bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up. Burning those extra holiday calories and keeping your body toned and tight.  Around for just the holidays to help you keep your fitness goals going strong into 2018!

Wednesdays: December 20, January 3 & 10

Class One:   December 21 12:00pm-1:00pm

Food First approach: This  class will go over Macronutrients: Protein, carbs and Fat; Palm, Fist, Fist method and Meal frequency. 


Class Two: January 3 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Meal Prepping: This Class is all about Meal Prepping, your grocery list, Feasibility and Prices. 


Class Three: January 6 10:30am - 11:30pm

Supplements: Learn about Multivitamin's, Macronutrients: vitamins and minerals, and Protein Powder


Class Four:  January 13 10:30am - 11:30pm

Performance Supplements:  Your Pre-workout Nutrition, Creatine, Beta-Alanine and ETC

From class to the kitchen this
nutrition class is to help you go from the gym to the kitchen. Ensure your feeding your body
what it needs after your workouts. Morgan talks about meal prepping and how to stay on track! She will also talk about supplements and when you should take them.

Swim Clinic's

Two swim clinics to set you right for 2018. Two instructors come together, with over a combined 30 years experience, Morgan Stefanik and Chris Newland are set to for two dynamic swim clinics.  

Class One is for lappers and competitors.   Finding your core, balance work, dynamic stroke mechanic check and correction, and a focus time on building the best workout for you!

Class Two is for those open swimmers.   Weather you are a die hard Tri-Athlete or just love to swim in our local open waters, this is the class for you!  Race start techniques, stroke mechanics in open water, bad habits check and more. All to help you start your stroke right in 2018.


Class One:  January 6th 12pm-2pm

Class Two:  January 13th 12pm - 2pm

Each Class Price: $20.00

                    Morgan Stefanik a local Corning-Painted                                             Post graduated from Corning-Painted Post West High,                                   Graduate from Damien College, and a three sport athlete,                             Morgan has always had the motivation to move others                                   to their healthier selves! Morgan is well trained with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Fitness, Master's degree in Athletic Training, Certified Personal trainer, Licensed Swim coach, Lifeguard, Tri-Athlete and a Body building competitor! Morgan has all the training to help you.  Currently employed at St. Bonaventure University as an athletic trainer, Morgan will be home this holiday season ready to help you stay fit
