Do Manners Really Matter Anymore?

A light-hearted look at how we can all improve civility in our daily lives.

This will touch on our places of work, our social interactions, and our

use of electronic devices. A recent survey showed that 94% of those

surveyed  felt the lack of civility is a problem. It is up to each of

us to contribute to a more civil environment in all that we do.
