After School/Holiday Program
The YWCA’s After School Program, Kids World, serves children 4-12 years old in over 16 school locations throughout Chemung County. YWCA Elmira & the Twin Tiers makes program excellence, enrichment, and your child's safety our priorities. Quality school programs don't just happen; they are the result of careful curricular planning and creative efforts on the part of YWCA staff members.
As a provider, our goal is to deliver a positive and rewarding experience for every child and to exceed your family's expectations. Our licensed and registered child care programs proudly serve youth in multiple locations throughout the county.

Registration Fee for Programs:
$75.00 per Child
4 to 5 days per week:
$395.00 per month for one child ($98.75 per week)
$315.00 per month for each additional child
3 days per week:
$245.00 per month for one child ($61.25 per week)
$200.00 per month for each additional child
Full Day Program fees at the YWCA:
Time: 6:30am - 5:30pm
$40 per day for one child
$35 per day for each additional child

Enrollment Fee: $75.00

Full-time (4-5 days per week)

One Child - $235.00 per week

Each Additional Child - $215.00 per week
Part-time (3 days per week)

One Child - $165.00 per week

Each Additional Child - $145.00 per week
The summer program fee includes breakfast, a mid-morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack, and all costs associated with weekly field trips. (Payment is non-refundable if your child does not attend.)
Payments are to be made each week by Friday of the previous week.
Summer Prepay Discount:
PAYMENT ASSISTANCE: Eligible parents may qualify for child care assistance from the Chemung County Child Care Council. Call 607-734-3941.
Summer 2023 Registration:
The YWCA Summer Enrichment Program aims to provide high quality care for kindergarten through sixth grade children. The program includes activities which encourage creativity, independence, responsibility and fun. The teaching staff prepares weekly plans which include a wide range of supervised activities. The children are involved in the planning of activities.
